It had marvellous location with access to a grand boulevard nearby. There was a wide array of delicious meals.
Tbh Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and the bed was extremely hard.

It was conveniently close to Termini station, buses and metro. It was new and clean, spacious and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay will be back on our return to Rome.
Wifi did not work in room, needed to be in reception or 1st floor.

The cleanliness of the room .It was really spacious and tidy. The comfort of the bathroom. The hospitality and kindness of the staff. The location was perfect close to the metro station. You can also go to most of the sites( colleseum , the spanish steps, the shopping area) by taxi with no more than 10 euros.
Every thing was just perfect.

Location. New renovation.
The hotel is located in the first floor. The second floor is a different hotel. The third floor is another hotel...first we received a small room with narrow windows , but the changed it by our request. The bath is lacking a screen, so while you are taking a shower, everything around becomes wet. The place has a potential, but it seems that no one did the last finish. the rooms are quiet small.

I liked very little about this hotel except for the location.
The Demetra Hotel was a huge disappointment. The family room we stayed in was tiny. One very small half wardrobe for 3 people. The windows opened onto an inner courtyard so let no air in at all meaning the room was really stuffy and dark so needed the lights on at all times. We asked for air conditioning to be switched on as it was 21c outside but was told that it was switched off throughout the hotel for the Winter! The extractor fan in the bathroom was broken. We asked for it to be seen to but no-one came for the whole three days we stayed. We were woken at 7am every morning by workmen shouting and drilling in the courtyard under our window. The hotel was obviously a work in progress as there were workmen in the foyer drilling when we arrived. The stand outside our bedroom where there should have been a fire extinguisher was empty, glad we did not have a fire in that case. The room had no tea or coffee facilities. Breakfast was in the small basement "restaurant" and was poor. Rubbery scrambled eggs and very underdone bacon. We brought all this to the attention of the hotel staff many times and eventually saw the manager on one of her fleeting visits. She apologised and said we could have a refund of some sort but none has transpired. This is definitely not what you expect from a four star hotel!!

The property is fairly clean with a very modern design. The English breakfast is sensational. I have stayed in the triple room with plenty of space and a safe. The hotel has a very central location, easy to get to and from the airport.

Excellent, competent and courteous staff. It is so centrally located its scary. Everything there at the fingertips. But given that the whole area is made of hotels it is very tourist oriented.
Much has been written about the renovations. They have tried hard but I am amazed by the design and other flaws in the bathroom. Hw could these little irritations happen? Maybe it was just ours.

A nice boutique style hotel. Very nice breakfast, excellent coffee.
Access was difficult with heavy suitcases, as entrance was via a flight of stairs.
